CashPay Visa Payroll Card

CashPay Visa Payroll card from Bank of America is a pretty good deal. They charge $7 for the card initially unlesss you are getting it from your employer.  $1.25 monthly fee, no charge for signature transactions, 25 cents for PIN transactions, no charge once a week for ATM withdrawals at any Bank of America ATM. No limit to deposits except its only thru direct deposits. No limits to ATM withdrawals so unlike a lot of these cards that have daily withdrawal or spending limits you can get all your money with this card. If all you do is pay bills over the phone or online and withdraw money once a week this card will only cost $1.25 a month as long as you have direct deposit.
