SVC Financial Services Inc., a leading provider of mobile transaction technologies, today announced a strategic relationship with North Carolina based evangelist David Bibey, one of the world's most viewed evangelists. The Liberty Card is a MasterCard debit card that allows the user to easily and economically transfer money to anyone, anywhere in the world using a cell phone. Bibey will promote the Liberty Card on his weekly ministry broadcast to millions of people in 55 countries around the world, beginning in June 2006.
